    Methodology

    Constituent eligibility is assessed continuously by the Index Committee under the criteria below. The Committee's decisions are final, unexplained, and frequently reversed.

    4.1

    KOL Endorsement

    Constituents must be endorsed by no fewer than three (3) Key Opinion Leaders, each with a documented history of deleting the endorsement within 48 hours. Undisclosed compensation is considered best practice.

    4.2

    Dual-Floor Liquidity

    Each constituent must demonstrate two distinct price floors: the floor communicated to holders, and the floor. The spread between the two is a core index input.

    4.3

    Verified Round Trip

    Eligibility requires evidence of at least one wallet completing a full round trip — entry at the high, exit at the low, and re-entry above the original high. This confirms authentic market participation.

    4.4

    Sentiment Threshold

    Community sentiment must maintain a minimum ratio of four (4) "still early" posts per 90% drawdown. Constituents failing to sustain optimism through capitulation are removed at the close.
